COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING CERTIFICATIONS AND UPLOAD THEM TO YOUR HOME CAMPUS ACCOUNT (https://www.homecampus.com/coaches-clearances). IF YOUR CERTIFICATIONS ARE NOT EXPIRED YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THEM FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR CLEARANCE ON YOUR HOME CAMPUS ACCOUNT AND UPLOAD THEM TO THE CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR.
TO START NFHS COURSES, CREATE OR LOG IN TO AN ACCOUNT AND CLICK ON ORDER COURSE. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE CPR & FIRST AID TRAINING, YOU CAN USE YOUR OWN AS LONG AS IT IS NOT EXPIRED. ONCE THE COURSE IS COMPLETED BE SURE TO DOWNLOAD THE CERTIFICATES TO YOUR COMPUTER TO UPLOAD TO HOMECAMPUS…

You can also schedule an appointment with Romeo Medical Clinic in Turlock 209-883-4428 (May be more expensive if not done through your doctor or medical provider). If you have had a TB test in the past that you just need to renew, please email jfutch@hughsonschools.org ,and I can setup a quick TB questionnaire with the district nurse.
